The Three Essentials to Vision Correction Training

Vision correction training is the process of using a combination of eye exercises, nutritional intervention for the eyes, and eye relaxation. These are the three essentials to effective natural vision correction training.

Vision Correction Training Essentials

Powerful Eye Exercises

True eye exercises are not known by most, but are a key ingredient to real vision correction training. Most people are never exposed to the concept of “exercising the eyes”. Even those who are supposed to be expert in this field confuse true eye exercise training with eye relaxation exercises. The former See Clearly Method, started by three eye doctors, had only eye relaxation and convergence exercises in their expensive program, totally devoid of true eye exercises. A valid eye exercise method will cause the focal system inside your eyes to clear blurry images, over and over again. It is through this repetition that your eyes gain the accommodative range (strength) to see more clearly.

Effective Nutritional Intervention for the Eyes

The second essential to successful vision correction training is proper nutritional support for the eyes. The correct combination of nutrients is easy…most supplements for vision contain them. Availability in the body is another story, and this is where nutritional supplements are not created equal. Absorption becomes the most critical factor separating good supplements from ineffective. Why is absorption so critical?

Eye Relaxation

Finally, the last essential to successful vision correction training is eye relaxation. Eye relaxation techniques are bundled and sold by other companies as “Eye Exercises”, even though they are designed to relax the focal system in your eyes. This is confusing to most people because the human eye is designed to see clearly in the distance when it is at rest, but the idea of an “exercise” is to do work. Over time, people who spend most of their day focusing on things on their desk can develop an internal stress in the focal system which can temporarily rob them of their distant vision. Eye relaxation can bring the focal system back to normal.

In the Eyezercise program, eye relaxation plays a critical supporting role in our vision correction training system. Your eyes will get the workout of their life in just 20 minutes, and relaxation for the optical system is essential in the last 10 minutes of a 30 minute daily workout.

What is Nearsightedness & What Are My Options?

What Is Nearsightedness And What Are My Options?

Nearsightedness or myopia is the most common cause of blurred vision when viewing objects at a distance. People with nearsightedness must squint or strain to see objects that are in the distance. This is most notable for students in a classroom setting where it can be difficult to see the front of the classroom. At home, a child with nearsightedness might insist on sitting close to the television, or hover their face directly over their book or schoolwork.

Nearsightedness can develop at any age in life, but it sports a very strong correlation with level of academic achievement. Less than 5 percent of Americans are born with nearsightedness. Most become myopic during the first eighteen years of life. By ten years of age, only 10 percent are nearsighted; by fifteen, 25 percent; and by eighteen, fully 40 percent of us are myopic. Those involved with higher education increase the numbers – 60 percent of college students are nearsighted, as are 75 percent of those in graduate school1.

Nearsightedness is not considered a disease, but is caused by a shift in the shape of the eye. If one or both parents are nearsighted, it is more likely their children will also be nearsighted, but no genetic link has been discovered. Most evidence suggests nearsightedness is brought on by doing too much close work over a prolonged period of time. Luckily, there are many ways to treat nearsightedness.

Eyeglasses

Eyeglasses can correct the effects of nearsightedness, and advancements in lens material have made glasses more comfortable than ever. However, the cost of eyeglasses has never come down and continues to inflate in price, making for an expensive fix year after year.

Contact Lenses

If you don’t like wearing glasses, contact lenses may be another option for your nearsightedness. Hard or soft lenses are available in clear or tinted styles. Some people like to buy tinted contacts to change the color of their eyes. Others have difficulty placing something on the eye, or have abnormally dry eyes that limit the type of lenses which can be worn. The drawbacks to contact lenses is that they can tend to make your eyes tired or dry out even if you have never had a problem with dry eyes in the past. Additionally, like glasses, the cost can become prohibitive over a full year’s worth of wear.

Implanted Lenses or Laser Eye Surgery

If glasses and contacts are both undesirable for you, implanted lenses or laser surgery are two more options for correcting the effects of nearsightedness. These choices are more expensive than contact lenses or glasses, and may have considerable negative side-effects for you well into the future.

Eye Exercise Training or Vision Therapy

One final solution to nearsightedness is eye exercise training or vision therapy. There is a difference between the two terms, training being something that you can do on your own and therapy being something that you participate in with your behavioral optometrist. In most cases of nearsightedness, eye exercise training can be a powerful adjunct to your vision therapy sessions. Although the cost of vision therapy can be high, this solution targets the underlying cause of your nearsightedness, rather than fixing only the effects of the problem. Eye exercise training, on the other hand, also targets the underlying cause of nearsightedness, but does not have to be done in conjunction with vision therapy. The drawback to vision therapy or eye exercise training is that your nearsightedness does not go away instantaneously, like putting on a pair of prescription glasses. Instead, it is something that requires work on your part and patience to get results.

If the onset of nearsightedness occurs in childhood, it usually gets worse into early adulthood, then stabilizes. When first noticing the effects of nearsightedness, use of a good eye exercise training program can have dramatic effect in eliminating the problem and preventing your nearsightedness from getting worse. Nearsightedness generally does not get better on its own without intervention, though it might improve somewhat as patients approach middle age or their senior years.

BioMax Vision Products Coming Soon

In addition to providing one of the most effective eye exercise and vision correction programs on the market, Eyezercise.com will soon be carrying a full product line of nutritional supplements. Not just any nutritional supplements, mind you, but the most effective natural supplements that specifically target your visual function.

Here’s one for you – Did you know that the human eye requires more nutrition to maintain healthy tissue and function than any other organ in the body?

Enter BioMax…

So, what makes BioMax Formulations the most effective nutritional supplements on the market? Glad you asked!

The answer is really in two parts. First, they are taken sublingually, and second, they are some of the most potent “over the counter” natural formulations available.

If you’re like me, the word “sublingual” might strike you as sounding a little exotic (or perhaps a better word that rhymes?). It simply means “taken under the tongue”, which is the first point of what makes BioMax Formulations stand alone from the crowd. Take a look at this chart:

Delivery System

Rate of Absorption

Pill or Tablet

10%

Capsule

20%

Gel Cap

30%

Transdermal Patch

45%

Sublingual Liquid

50%

Intramuscular Injection

90%

Intraoral or Sublingual Spray

95%

Intravenous Injection

100%

Most of the BioMax nutritional line that we will be carrying is sublingual liquid or intraoral/sublingual spray, and is engineered specifically for best visual function. So, you can see right off the bat that the absorption rates are far higher than practically all other nutritional supplement products on the market. The higher absorption rates mean that you take less of the supplement, saving you lots of money in the long run.

All BioMax formulations are naturally pure and made with only the finest ingredients, the second tenant of a great product. There are no chemical compounds added to the formulations as preservatives or to improve taste/color, like many of their competitor products.

We at Eyezercise.com are very excited about bringing BioMax products online, and we know that you’ll be just as enthusiastic once you try them out. Be sure to check back with us soon at www.eyezercise.com to get your BioMax supplements.
